Shipping policy
At YXA, we aim to dispatch every order promptly and securely. Please review the information below regarding processing times, delivery options, tracking, and collections.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed before 5:00pm (GMT) may be dispatched the same business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details.
Shipping Partners
We ship via trusted courier partners including DHL and Royal Mail. Courier selection may vary depending on destination and service level chosen at checkout.
Delivery Estimates
United Kingdom: Next Working Day Delivery
Europe Express Delivery: 2–5 business days
International Standard Delivery: 7–20 business days (destination dependent)
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, weather conditions, or courier delays.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment. If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us at: info@yxa.com.
Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. YXA is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
