Consumer Cancellation & Returns
If you are purchasing as a consumer in the UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to the conditions set out below.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing at info@yxa.com within the 14-day cancellation period. We may request photographic evidence.
Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, sealed skincare or cosmetic products cannot be returned once they have been unsealed or used, unless they are faulty or not as described.
Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned simply because they are unsuitable, unwanted, or do not meet personal expectations.
Where a return is accepted, you must send the goods back to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. You are responsible for the cost of return postage.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.
Allergic Reactions & Product Suitability
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients before purchase.
We strongly recommend patch testing before full application.
YXA LTD is not liable for adverse reactions unless caused by a manufacturing defect.
Limitation of Liability
